A Journey Through

This is the fourth and last purple candle. It’s often called the “Angels Candle,”  and represents Peace.

Today is Christmas Eve, so the white center candle is also lit. This candle is called the “Christ Candle” and represents the Life of Christ that has come into the world. The color white represents “purity”. Christ is the sinless, spotless, pure Savior.

“Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.”
-Isaiah 1:18

Papa! Thank you for your amazing power and work in our lives, thank you for your goodness and for your blessings over us. Thank you for your great love and care. Thank you for your sacrifice so that we might have freedom and life. Help us to set our eyes and our hearts on you afresh. Renew our spirits, fill us with your peace and joy. We love you and we need you, this day and every day. We give you praise and thanks, for You alone are worthy! Amen.
