So on Jan 1st 2016, ( I really started on Dec 28th 2015 according to my Fitbit tracker) I started the journey to a healthier life. My goal is not so much to lose weight rather than to just become healthier. Changing some simple things in life such as no more fast food, no more sodas and no processed foods. Add exercise to my weekly routine and lastly “less the stress” or in other words learn to distress from the pressures of the world and daily work.
So anyway here is the first update just after a few weeks. Might not be able to tell that much of a difference however its amazing how small life changes add up. With a better living environment, healthy eating and being more active, and losing over 20+ pounds. Even with that little I already feel a change. I came across this saying a few weeks ago and want to make it my theme for this year.
“I may not be there yet, but I’m closer than I was yesterday.”
