I think a lot of churches could learn something about leadership from Steve Jobs. I also think there are some managers and company leaders who could take a lesson from Steve and his set-up. I think the key statement here is:
“If you want to hire great people and want them to stay working for you, you have to allow them to make choices, and a company be run by ideas not hierarchy.”
